I posted the website as they have a lot of tested linux code and the hop2desk site for direct access. I had to help backup 250,000 machines at Walmart so I know backing up and restoring. I force offline backups to almost every one and a lot of times they say backup failed - and I look and see that they did not plug in they backup USB drive.) My scripts to backup say insert USB backup drive and unplug USB backup drive and it waits 90 seconds for the drive to come online and post a cannot find Backup Drive if it doesn’t and exits). I sometimes have 5 sessions to remote at the same time (to fix windows and printer issues - and alot of “I broke it how do I fix it”. I am retired and help about 75 folks around the globe with their computers - about half are Window 11 users, most are Leap users and a few are Mint Linux users. Many folks are tired of Teamviewer saying we are commercial users when we are not. I have tried most remote access programs that say they work with linux - they might with ubuntu but not with openSUSE. There are risks with any remote access software, If I had my druthers, I would ssh in and open a local port back to vnc into, but the real world, most users cannot open ports and have ssh and vnc for remote access.
